Like the 8th, the G49 are celebrating a few big anniversaries at the moment. One way they are doing this and fundraising at the same time is selling merch to the relevant section. So the Cub pack is turning 75 years old and they've just sent an email about t-shirts, rugby shirts and hoodies out to parents. They can get these in any colour with a special badge embroidered for the 75th birthday. I can imagine the language they are using to market it being rather effective too. "Support your neighbourhood and show off the anniversary badge!"
